I’m Julia, a Director of People Ops with a background in general management, operations, and sales. My experience managing people and business units influences how I design systems for teams. I’m also influenced by what my husband Scott teaches me about communication, and what my daughter Sloane teaches me about the meaning of life.

I hope this can be a place to write about what I am interested in as a whole person: human interaction and how we can better understand one another.
